I agree with the majority
I agree with the majority. They don't seem to like American Express which our business accepts w/out question and I expect to use w/out question. Melio on the other hand is working well... a bit confusing at first but that's were I made three fairly large payments using my Delta Reserve card. DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT
What a SCAM!!!!! Client of my business requested I receive an invoice payment using bill.com a week later the money is still in limbo with customer service reps assuring me that the money will be in my account within the day every day since this started. This has been going on too long. Tomorrow if nothing changes will be reporting to FTP and treasury for theft/fraud. I’m serious AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS they will take your money and hold it indefinitely without giving any reasonable ...

Being a contractor in the UK
Being a contractor in the UK, my company decided to use Bill.com. First of all the app does not work in the UK, but each time you try and log on to the website you are requested to log on to the app. Secondly i was meant to be paid on the 11th of August, spoke to one person they said payment will be made. Few hours later spoken to someone else, get told it is not happening. I called again it is happening. Then finally get told it is not. Had to wait the weekend, now monday still no payment ...

Stay away from this company
When the very first question it asks after getting an invitation from the person who owes me money is "what kind of industry do you work in?" red flags went off in my head and I had a feeling Bill.com was a data harvesting scam. By the tenth question I knew I was right and thankfully stopped before giving them my Social Security number. Stay away from this scam.

Fake reviews. This app is horrible!!
I am working with a company that uses this app for payment. It takes a very long time to receive the first payment. I understood that, however, I received a message asking to upload identity information. I could not upload due to the app freezing. My account was deactivated after receiving 2 payments. I have one more payment owed and it has been very hard to reach a real person. I would not recommend this app when it comes to anything involving money. The positive reviews on other sites are ...
