"Easy solution for a busy organization"

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? Streamlines storing invoices and backup that we are required to keep for auditing purposes. I am able to track vendor details and cooresponding invoices in a quick and simple manner. Bill.com has also removed the added stress of sending payments by mail. The convenience to pay a large group of vendors all at once was a no brainer for our organization. We have been using Bill.com for many, many years now.

"Using bill w/o sync - works well"

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? We have an accounting software that BILL does not sync with. Our onboarding specialist helped us build reports so it's really easy to export, convert, and then import into our set up. Love that vendors can control their profile, and enter in their own address/banking info. We use BILL daily and it was easy to teach our department heads how to log in and approve. Our tier has the capacity to have online customer support and it is very quick. The help ...

The great con that is bill.com

You guys sent a cheque after holding on to the cash for over a week. The reason is that we did not sign up for your free account. Seems like a con to me. Let's add up the interest at scale for that type of behaviour......

There is no review and pay option only…

There is no review and pay option only mark as paid. Which makes them paid offline which they are not! There is no chat available to get help. 10/27 Chat was active and they were able to answer my questions and resolve the problem.

I have a right to know where the funds where deposited into despite being in limbo for over 1 years and 11 months?

I recently received a response to my previous review, in which they assured me that they were assigning someone to assist me in resolving my claim. Despite providing every conceivable piece of documentation, including a police report, I remain puzzled as to why I haven't received my payment reissued, or even received any disclosure regarding the initial deposit location of my check with the person responsible for depriving me of the awarded funds that was promised on 04/18/22. I endured ...

Always a major problem with bill.com

Always a major problem with bill.com. I tried a very simple task of updating a bank account and the system keeps buffering. This has happened several times. Do yourself a favor and don't use bill.com.

Company is a joke

I have a customer that began using bill.com which they initiated a payment through. Bill.com required I create an account to receive ACH payments, which I did. The next day I received an email that my payment is on the way and I should receive it in the MAIL in 10-11 days. THERE WASN'T EVEN AN OPTION FOR MAILED CHECK. There were two options: 1. Receive payment immediately for a 1% fee, which in this case was $1,980.00 or 2. ACH in 3-4 days no fee. I have spent about an hour on the phone ...

Horrific company!!!

Horrific company!!!! Don't know how they are still in business!! Money management company with zero security. Your account is NOT protected. I had my account hacked and did not receive anything to my phone when the scammer added their own bank account & moved my notifications to spam and then had my paycheck sent to them. Now Bill is all about procedures and telling me that I need to wait 30-90 days to have this resolved and I still might not receive my funds! I received this lovely ...

Bad Customer experience

My account was under validation. They requested for some documentation which I sent to them after they reviewed they canceled without any detailed or explanation of what was missing. When I inquired about the specific reason behind the cancellation so that I could provide any missing documentation, my query was marked as 'resolved' without any further communication. I think one deserves to know why the rejection and how to proceeded with next steps, and correct the problem isn't it?
