What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? This was extremely easy to set up and user friendly. We use this everyday to look up past payments and have them all in one place. BILL consolodates all of our outstanding accounts payable and allows a platform that all our invoices can be input and categorized conveniently and payment can be made in bulk. "Facilitates Remote Vendor Payments by Bookkeeper"

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? With Bill.com you no longer need paper checks, envelopes, stamps, signatures and chance of delivery delays or lost mail. Most vendors accept and appreciate ACH payments that reach them in one day. All vendor bills and payments sync with QBO and the payments show up individually on the bank statement.

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? Love that everything is digital- no more searching for invoices during our annual financial audits. Our turnaround time is so much quicker- vendors get paid within a few days versus weeks. Everything syncs seamlessly with our Quickbooks account. Love that I can check my dashboard daily for tasks that needs to be completed.

Scamming before you’re even a client

Promised a $100 gift card for scheduling a discovery call with sales but reneged on the offer - if they start a biz relationship with underhanded/scammy tactics I can only imagine how they treat clients once you sign

UPDATE: After posting my review on Trustpilot they have deactivated my account with my funds in it. This is a retaliation against my review and it is already on my lawyer's table. For those who are reading, stay away from Bill.com so as not to waste your time in legal action against these scammers. They are withholding my money with the excuse of verifying my account, even tho all the documents were provided. Shame on you, will proceed further with legal actions and YouTube content creation.

The website makes you pay some hefty fees especially if you want to get money in another currency. They have been withholding my money for weeks due to a verification issue. What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? BILL provides a centralized platform for handling AP. Pretty easy to setup and connect to our bank account. Connects easily with small company GL systems (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.) with an auto-sync feature that the user can set.

Bill.com STOLE $280 from me... they show no remorse

I used bill.com for a while with a personal account and was decently content with the services. I was then prompted to make a business account which I did. After 15 days of using that account, they randomly CLOSED it due to inactivity. On top of that I had a pending transaction from a client. They told me there's no way to get that money to me and that it will bounce back to the client. That was a month ago - and it still hasn't. So now I'm just left to assume that bill.com stole that money ...
