What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? The work flow is very helpful and audit trial for every transition and vendor creation is very helpful to see who created the entry.

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? The BILL has all the three payment modes Check, ACH and Wire which is very important for any business to make payments on time to their vendors. However, the key feature BILL has if the payment is made to incorrect account and the check is issued the payer can still goahead and void the payment if it is not encashed.

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? Invoice approval and control process. Without approval, payments can not be released. Also for each user, roles can be defined to have proper control over the accounting process. BILL is very easy to use and transactions can be posted very fast and moved to the approval queue. What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? Previously we didn't have AP software that allowed us to scale appropriately. Bill has thought of every single way to streamline and make our financial operations processes scale and drastically cut time out of how long things should take. "All your AP in one place"
What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? The best aspect about BILL is having all AP in ONE PLACE...all documents (invoices, vendor credits, payments), so that research is SO easy. For companies that complete annual audits, the testing of AP expenses will be so much easier, if all AP work is done in BILL and then synched to the accounting software (Quickbooks, NetSuite, etc.)

"Best Tool for managing the Accounts payable process"
What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? The AP payment module is very good, where we can make the payment with a click. Also, BILL will read the invoice in PDF and autofill most of the fields; this will help us process the AP bills very quickly. The User interface is very simple and user-friendly. Also, the BILL support is very friendly and provided the quick Resolutions.

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? This was extremely easy to set up and user friendly. We use this everyday to look up past payments and have them all in one place. BILL consolodates all of our outstanding accounts payable and allows a platform that all our invoices can be input and categorized conveniently and payment can be made in bulk.
