I Won a 20k grant in October through Hello Alice. They unfortunately use BILL to distribute their funding to its recipients. It is now December 15th and i do not have any grant funds or answers. At first they kept saying I didn’t send my identification in when i sent it four times, then they changed my deposit date by five days and it was never deposited only to be changed again. A No Star option would suit better
If I could give a "No-Star" I would. I have never dealt with representatives who could honestly care less about customer appreciation or retention. I had an account with them for over a year in incredible standing on a $5,000 credit line. Never running over or even near the limit, and because of one issue with a Chase Bank account not making the last payment (account was moved and the timing affected the payment) The "team" at Bill/formerly Divvy put a freeze on the account and informed me ...

This is the first Software i am using to record bill and i liked it so much as it is easy to use to everyone.While entering Bill it will auto capture invoice number,date and amount and aslo it will show us whether it is a duplicate bill or not.The sync error and all we will clearly understand andit will show the errors and popup message in SImple english and everyone can easily understand. I usually don't do reviews if the service is not outstanding. I really get to the desparation point now that is why I am here. I am a single mom, I am the owner of small catering business. "BILL a Powerful Game-Changer in the Finance Industry"
What do you like best about BILL AP/AR? The BILL is very user friendly and only minimum guidance required to understand the application and can be integrated with other accouting softwares and can be customized as per the business requirement. The BILL in my current organization used very vastly for processing the Accounts Payable bills for reporting also this is good. Customer supoort is also good for this.
