Their customer service is a joke

Their customer service is a joke. It took over an hour to reset a password for an account that I should have had no problem signing into- then learn that their application is completely out of date and won’t let you sign in under any circumstance. The agent actually disconnected the chat with me after providing me with completely useless information. The best of it was when I was asked to provide a screenshot of Outlook for a Gmail account…

Website/app poorly designed and confusing

The website and app are poorly designed. Virtually impossible to navigate. I'm a vendor and have a customer who wants to pay me through BILL. Because the site/app is so difficult to use, my customers don't really understand it, and how to pay me efficiently. The customer support at BILL is very weak (I think it's because the website/app is so confusing, even to them). They hold onto your paycheck for days

They hold onto your paycheck for days! Suppose to be paid today, January 4th, they have had the money since January 2nd and they now show not paying me till January 8th!!!! 4 days late!! They suck

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What a joke of a service. This is clearly not a real business and is run more like a reddit board from 1998 than a consumer facing tech company. There is no way to change information once entered, no way to retrieve funds, and nothing on the site works. There is no human who can help you, zero customer service (it's a bot that gives directions that don't exist) and the whole thing is a MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME. Any other product under the sun will be MUCH better. AVOID BILL.COM AT ALL COSTS.

Do not use this service

Do not use this service. They claim to pay instaniosly but it’s a bait and switch. Use Quickbooks! We receive notifications and get the money at midnight. BILL.COM is holding money for five days. Their customer support is worthless. Do not use this company. Full of lies!!!!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I have, in writing, confirmation of my credit limit, statement credit and monthly rewards. Even with confirmation in writing for months now, my credit limit was reduced with no notification and on time payments since inception.

Locked out of our account repeatedly

Locked out of our account repeatedly. Their help team is completely useless. We were unable to invoice clients for days due to incompetent advice and a lack of due diligence. Avoid at all costs.

Confusing

My new employer uses this to pay me as if I am a contractor. Consequently, the bill app one has to use to get paid treats you like you are a business which makes the registration process confusing, requiring, for example, your social security number. They claim they can pay you instantly for an extra fee, but even that is a confusing process.
