Don't recommend.

Their software has some problems and doesn't let you perform certain tasks. When contacting Support, they were totally unable to help. One of my clients pays me via Bill.com, therefore, I can't choose the payment provider, otherwise I would never use this service.

BILL has made some great updates to…

BILL has made some great updates to keep AP flowing smoothly. The changes are visually and front end worked friendly. BILL listened to alot of the issues that front end users were having and worked to fix them. The duplicate invoice notification is great. The filling in and being able to make approver lists is wonderful. Being able to use the enter key to go through the blocks is outstanding!! Makes for alot let mouse clicking.

Holding my daughters payment hostage and will not return to sender

My 13yr old was hired for a 3 day acting job in which her payment was said to be sent using Bill.com, I signed up for site, producer sent payment but in my kids name. I was instructed to send bill a copy of state I’d, utility bill and bank statement to receive payment and producer stated he contacted bill to direct payment in my name as parent. Lack of Transparency

Provided time frames through the portal are not accurate for payments. This true information upon inquiring about delivery is drastically different than what you are provided inside the software while processing payments. For example was given an estimated delivered by date for a check. After vendor did not receive the payment, called to inquire and they more than doubled the delivery date. Stay Away from this poor service company- Retaliation

I am a new customer to Bill.com and was approved for $28,000, no big deal but appreciative anyway. I get my credit card in the mail two days later, then I was encouraged to use my card but had to call Bill.com every time to ensure they are aware i am using my card like getting permission as a 5 year old. Then I made some expenses for my business (lawyer, accountant and taxes) totaling about $5398.72, then was told I have to pay this amount in 2 days- yes 2 days after I got the account ...

A Predatory Company!

Bill.com is purposefully obtuse when connecting bank accounts, specially WISE. They prefer to channel their users towards their own internal currency conversions, at a horrendous rate!! Linking Wise is well within their abilities, it's simply in their interest to block it, masked behind a BS policy. Very disappointed and will be avoiding Bill.com for all future business. A predatory policy by predatory company.

I have clients who use Bill.com to pay…

I have clients who use Bill.com to pay my invoices. It initially worked out well. They requested that a payment would be sent and I would receive a live check. I would also receive emails notifying me that a check had been issued and that I could get the payments faster through ACH if I created an account. Believing that to be true was my first mistake. Accounts closed for no reason

I have several accounts with Bill.com for my businesses. They closed one account and refused to tell me why. This has created a huge, expensive, and legal issue as I cannot pay my employees because of these useless people at bill.com I've spent hours on the phone begging to know why this account and not my other bill.com account is closed and they just tell you they have the right to deny you... useless.
