Reviewed the help files but still didn't know where to go...
I reviewed the help files and still wasn't quite sure what I was supposed to do. I needed to close one of my client's accounts. The help I received from the Bill associate was efficient and to the point, which is appreciated when chatting. I got the guidance I needed without having to wait on the phone. Highly recommend.

Awful customer service
I was requested to upload proof of ID, which I did. They then tell me my account is being closed, with no guidance as to what was wrong with the documents I uploaded. One of my clients pays me via this platform otherwise I would not be using it. Rude and unhelpful customer service.

I have had 3 checks that were mailed…
I have had 3 checks that were mailed but not received within a 2 week period of time. I am not sure how to tell to what address they were mailed when I try to check on them.
