Overall the product is good

Overall the product is good, however the customer support could be a bit better. I recently had a vendor switch bank accounts and getting payment to the new account was very difficult. I've spent several hours on the issue and finally had to create a new vendor profile with the new information to get around all of the hoops that bill makes you go through. Again, overall a good product, but this recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Use of the app is great

Use of the app is great. Ease of use is fantastic. The one and only downside is the date listed for payment once the invoice shows as paid is not accurate to when the money hits the employees bank account.

Powerful Tools in a safe, simple and effective platform.

Bill provides a simple, effective platform for sending invoices, receiving payments and managing bills. The abiilty to integrate with our accounting software makes it easy to keep our records accurate and up-to-date, and their inexpensive and easy-to-use option for factoring invoices is an enormous benefit for my small business to manage cash flow. Best money our company has spent and clearly a contributing factor to our continued success.

Great Experience

Bill is simple to use and user-friendly. I use it for sending invoices for contract work. It gives plenty of options to do what you want. The guest payment for invoices has potential as well. I do wish there were some tutorials easily available for setting up the feature and how it will look to clients. I would like to know how it will look to clients before they use it

Don't waste your time with Bill.com

Approved for a $23,000 credit line, receive card via FedX two days after approval. Set up account, go to make my first charge, declined. No explanation. 4 days later, was told they did a risk review and lowered my available credit to $3000. What a joke.
