It is easy to invoice a customer and easy to see status of invoice. The feature to see that an invoice is accepted is particularly useful

Overall the product is good

Overall the product is good, however the customer support could be a bit better. I recently had a vendor switch bank accounts and getting payment to the new account was very difficult. I've spent several hours on the issue and finally had to create a new vendor profile with the new information to get around all of the hoops that bill makes you go through. Again, overall a good product, but this recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Too much upsell

Overall a fairly good product, but way, way too much upsell. Distracting to us. Our vendors complain. New features don't always work properly. More time should be spent working out the bugs before introducing.

Bill.com has been a god send to our business

Bill.com has been a god send to our business. It's simplified and streamlined our A/P process and gets our vendors paid a lot quicker. We've been with Bill.com for a little over a year and I'm thrilled with the efficiency we've been able to create in our work flow due to Bill.com. I highly recommend it to any business.
