User friendly and flexible

I use Bill almost every day for multiple clients for years now, and integrate with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop versions). I have found it to be user friendly and flexible, but we only use it for AP and I don't care for Divvy. I like that Bill improves the layout, UI and processing. Definitely makes our payables a breeze, we have lots of approvals, I love that paper copies, paper filing, paper checks are no longer used in our organizations. Great AP & AR solution

So far bill.com has gotten our payments sent out and handled in a timely manner. The only complaint is the void check fee seems a bit steep but that is sometimes the cost of doing business. Great AP & AR solution for any business

Clunky and a long way to go

Clunky and a long way to go, Bill.com definitely is not interested in making it easy for me to communicate my live-time issues nor to obtain real-time help in making my life more time-effective while using the platform. The process to get ahold of someone frankly is unacceptable given the cost of subscription. Not sensing the support value at all. The system is not intuitive when it comes to understanding the real needs of AP

Too complicated

Had some trouble going through the automated bot VA and finally a phone call. Well, 3 or 4 calls dropped because of a poor connection or some other- I was ultimately able to get the information I was seeking but it took a ridiculous amount of time. I have 2 case numbers I don't even know what for.

Customer service has been excellent

Customer service has been excellent. One area for improvement is with voided payments. Even when "return funds to my account" is selected and notes are provided as to why the payment is to be voided and NOT reissued, the voided payment repopulates the BILLs to be paid section. More clarity and customization on the treatment of voided payments would be helpful.
