Their customer service could use a bit of improvement but they are a decent third-party accounting software/company. Would recommend for midsize companies.

Customer service has been excellent
Customer service has been excellent. One area for improvement is with voided payments. Even when "return funds to my account" is selected and notes are provided as to why the payment is to be voided and NOT reissued, the voided payment repopulates the BILLs to be paid section. More clarity and customization on the treatment of voided payments would be helpful.

Bill.com provides the technology to streamline accounts payable and have all invoice history at your finger tips. Everything stays organized and easy to locate. Not to mention it keeps me from having to issue checks myself anymore!

Bill.com has made paying vendors so much easier. We have small regional banks that don't offer same/expedited payment options so this has been really useful for us.
