What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime is easy to learn, it has an intuitive interface and within a few weeks of utilization - you'd be able to tutor your colleagues on how to use it. Moreso, they have also provided resources that have helped familiarize us with the application.

"Thorough onboarding, caring company"

What do you like best about BigTime? We have just started using BigTime but so far loving the dashboard, and the onboarding and implementation process is incredibly thorough. We're still new to using the system, but the amount of information stored and the accessibility of reporting is really helpful.

"Almost Everything We Need!"

"Live Chat"

What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime is user friendly so far. If you do have problems, the Live Chat feature is a definite bonus. I spoke with Leah J. using the chat feature, and she was able to solve my issue and walk me through directions easily and quickly. She is great!

"Good Enterprise level management software for Projects,Billing and process!"

What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime is really done well job for the management of multiple projects at a single place, it is simple and intituitive software to work with. The best part of BigTime is their live support that is just awesome. it is quite easy for integration with other tool like QuickBook and in our case Salesforce.

What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime is easy to use and straight forward. You can get up and running quickly. We leverage both an integration to Salesforce and QuickBooks which is helpful in streamlining operations.
