What do you like best about BigTime? Begone excel! no more faffing with spreadsheets and multiple tabs. Bigtime was the solution we knew we needed and absolutely delivered in delivering value for us and our clients.

What do you like best about BigTime? I am in BigTime every day managing projects, billing, etc. The support team has been good and generally responds quickly. Our implementation team did a great job of listening and helping us retrofit BigTime for our business. We had some hiccups with integration, but their team continued to work on those until they were solved. BigTime has streamlined many of our processes that were previously manual. What do you like best about BigTime? The live chat feature as well as the live call was super helpful. Big time is very visual and provides a lot of information instantly for review. We use BigTime on a daily basis and I like to get emails regarding the approval of invoices, etc.

"Great Product and Support"
What do you like best about BigTime? I really appreciate having all the features related to employees, vendors, clients and projects all in one place. The product was so easy to implement within our business. The integration with QuickBooks was very easy with the assistance of our implementation contact at BigTime. In the off chance that I need Customer Support they have always been quick to respond. Most issues turn out to be in users errors.

"Option of dark mode"
What do you like best about BigTime? Big thanks for the live chat button. Short wait time and quick answer for a small problem I've had. The dark mode option for viewing, works great for an overly bright office. Never would have found this without the live chat. Thanks Brittany Urrutia!!
