What do you like best about BigTime? I love that we can customize invoices for exactly what is needed. I love the process controls for invoicing - makes it easy for a team to collaborate for a multi-step process. Piner Markovchick was really fun to work with, was so knowledgable about the details of the application - he made the process enjoyable with little to no stress at all.

What do you like best about BigTime? The best feature of BigTime is time tracking. First, it is easy for employees to record their time. Second, it gives managers the ability to track the time their employees spend on their projects.

What do you like best about BigTime? I chose BigTime for the invoicing capability for architecture firms. I previously created invoices using Microsoft Excel, and BigTime is a vast improvement. The interface is intuitive, so I haven't needed much support. My issues have been resolved using the chat feature when I have needed support. Thank you to Nate H. for helping me to fix my most recent problem.
