What do you like best about BigTime? BT is very user-friendly. As a relatively new user, I have found BT to be a logical, very robust system. It handles tracking our time and expenses charged to many different workplans. Invoicing is simple. We utilize the sync feature with QuickBooks.

What do you like best about BigTime? The fact that any and all issues are resolved quickly. Jake Stempel helped me resolve an issue, stuck with me from beginning to end, and was key to helping me finish up Invoicing.

What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime has easy-to-access customer support, and all representatives have been helpful in troubleshooting our issues or escalating to someone who can help us. We are happy with the team we have assigned to us! Live chat is a nice feature. Leah J helped me with an issue very quickly and ensured we had our report looking as we needed it to!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars…
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the app. I personally don't use the app, but as the firm's BT admin, I get lots of questions from our staff about it, and currently the BT app isn't working well at all. However, Nate H. with BT, was incredibly helpful and quick at responding to my inquiries today. Solved a couple of issues that I definitely couldn't figure out on my own. So thankful to have the BT support team at my fingertips!

What do you like best about BigTime? The integration into Azure AD was fantastic easy and simple to do. Took about 10 minutes and now all my users are leveraging AzureAD logins.
