"Great Live Chat Support"
What do you like best about BigTime? The program is very user-friendly. The Live Chat Support is great. I use it a fair amount. I actually chatted with Tyler G. today and he was very helpful. The Custom Reporting is great as well.

"Some bugs, but they are being sorted out."
What do you like best about BigTime? The ability to have many different projects, connected to timesheets, expenses and invoices. The integration with QuickBooks is a good feature, but we do have some issues with uploading expense reports. Support staff are good, Leah G. and Tyler were both helpful today.

What do you like best about BigTime? I found the immediate Zoom session very helpful. Jake S. was on live chat and was able to immediately send a Zoom, see what my issues were, and assist in solving the problems.

Jake Stempel was knowledgeable, patient and had a soothing voice that exuded confidence in fixing my problem. He provided follow up instructions to aid in fixing the issue myself for next time. Very satisfied!
