"The more I learn the more I like it"
What do you like best about BigTime? The more I learn about the software and the more data our company can populate, the more valuable it becomes. I can get reports, timecards, invoices, project tracking, budget info, etc. all in one place and one program. BigTime is constantly releasing upgrades per client requests and continuing to improve the software in the direction their clients are asking.

"Excellent Customer Service"
What do you like best about BigTime? I find BigTime very easy to use for both myself and our employees. It has a very fast learning curve, so we can get down to business right away. I also love the fact that their customer service is always very good. I just had a chat with Jake Stempel for an issue I was having - he logged in fast, found my issue and solved it. All within less than 5 minutes. Great service!

Quick turnaround on problem solving
Jake Stempel hung with me to solve a problem I was having getting historical project data into BT. He was quick to answer my questions and gave super clear instructions on how to fix the problem. Also, I appreciated that he explained where BT was pulling data from so I would better understand the bigger picture.

What do you like best about BigTime? Ultimately the input of time is quite user friendly and reports are fairly intuitive. Also, when I had issues developing report, Leah H was very helpful.
