We have recently implemented BigTime after using a competing platform for the prior two years. The support provided by Ben Mascow, Kevin Arakawa, and Beth Vandernoot have been excellent implementation partners, and Leah J. has been been great from a troubleshooting & support standpoint.

What do you like best about BigTime? The reports and ability to customize them is extremely helpful. I especially like being able to create public reports for the Project Managers so they aren't constantly asking me to run a report for them.

"SO much convience"
What do you like best about BigTime? WE use to do our expense reports and time sheets via excel as a smaller company, however we are growing. As a construction company, sometimes our project managers aren't the most tech savy. I love how user friendly the platform is.
