What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Easy to use CRM system with affordable plans, and great pipeline management for our SME. Simple enough to implement within our business. What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Very easy to install. Easy to explain to the team What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? It is a little bit hard to modify. There are not enough section to modify What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing the sales team mostly. There are couple sales teams and they are working without comunication each other. They need to see who visited or talked before them and what is the response etc
