We were long looking for a CRM that is easy to use, has features that most tools offer, has no outrageous pricing, and has additional capabilities. We shortlisted some of the tools with these filters, and BIGContacts stood out. I think it’s great for those looking for a CRM with email marketing tools. Making data-driven sales strategies has become easier.
We always wanted a CRM that packs reporting features that could help us optimize our sales pipeline. We tried quite a number of tools and found BIGContacts to be the best choice for us. What do you like best about BigContacts? Automated workflows with recurring task with highly beneficial. We can define triggers for automated actions. It is also possible to set reminders for specific task and deliver them to the people involved.

What do you like best about BigContacts? BIGContacts helps us manage our sales opportunities using a visual pipeline. We can add custom stages to this pipeline and move the opportunities with a simple drag-and-drop interface. Sales reps can use this tool to set up alerts to engage with prospects and customers at the most appropriate time. The CRM application also helps us track sales performance with insightful reporting and analytics.

What do you like best about BigContacts? It is easy to customize the data fields, making contact management more efficient. Additionally, you can customize the sales pipeline by adding or removing stages. One of the best features of BIGContacts is remote access to data.

CRM with exceptional customer support

What do you like best about BigContacts? BIGContacts’ internal collaboration features are amazing. Teams from different departments can access contact records, previous communication, and the smallest of details about leads on a single platform. They can also share files with each other and stay on the same page with instant alerts and notifications.
