No consideration into my financial stability

I've run my website on BigCommerce for 10 years. They automatically upgrading my subscription when I just tipped over the threshold and I've been stuck in it for almost a year now. My sales for this year have been terrible and I've explained to them that I simply cannot afford to keep making the payments to them for the much more expensive price tier. I don't care about any of the feature upgrades that were given with the website upgrade, I just need to cut costs and they couldn't care ...

Total arragance from this lot

Total arragance from this lot, something as simple as exporting products is now time consuming. I used to be able to export all products that I chose, now im limited to only 250. This comany stuffs up things that work and dont take any notice of customers requests. Pathetic little dictaors

$300 Theme they wont let me access

They will not allow me to download or edit the $300 theme i purchased unless i pay a monthly fee thats ridiculous

Worse Technical Support

My website ran into an issue wich is responsibilities of big commerce, it is an important issue, it has been 10 days passed and nobody cares. I contacted several times but they are just passing the time by saying that our engineers are looking into it, i don't know that engineer has been born yet, so i am thinking to switch this platform seriously since big commerce does not care about the customers anymore

Not great! They don't care if they have your business or not!

First, they don't have anything to protect you from getting fraudulent spam sign ups for your newsletter. Which is a nightmare once its compromised - which is only a matter of time. The other issue is that if you have any variant to your products they can't keep the inventory straight. You'll be forced to create fake SKU's for combos and products you don't carry and them mark them at zero for inventory. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We almost gave up on our business because our sales were pretty low for quite some time already. But with BigCommerce, we saw a significant improvement in our numbers. We are happy that we were able to come up with ways to reach out to our clients and build a stable platform where we can promote our products and services. Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Trying to get my website back up for a month. No help, just a big run around jumping through endless hoops. Still no access. Do yourself a favor and use ANY other platform.

I should have listened to the reviews

I should have listened to the reviews. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with, ever. The sales people lie to get you in the door, then don't answer emails. Their prices are excessive. And when you get a real issue, the 'support tickets' are totally ignored.

I will always trust working with BigCommerce to take my e-commerce site to the next level.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I thought that my website is okay, but someone told me to try using BigCommerce to enhance it.
