Best customer service and support I've ever run into in 20 years
Wow, I never thought I'd write a 5 star review about ANY IT company--and I used to be in IT. But after horrible service with GoDaddy and Digitlhaus I was SO impressed with Bigcommerce. Support picks up the phone within a minute, they address all issues, even ones that aren't their responsbility and they are so thorough. Best customer service and support I've ever run into in 20 years-- hands down.

Big commerce is an excellent hosting e-commerce platform.
What do you like best? This is such a robust software. you can run many websites and share the same cart. BigCommerce is very easy to use and a lot better than other online store platforms
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to add products without having to know anything about making an online store. Very user friendly. What do you dislike? I have not found many things that I dislike yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problems of management of inventory with it being connected to my inventory software.

Best eCommerce Platform - Budget, Just Starting
What do you like best? Love the ease of use, and the ability to be up and running in one day (minus listing all your products) if you have all your products already in a list somewhere you can import them and be completely running in one day! Basic product filtering Scam
BigCommerce requires you to be on Pro or Enterprise plan Min. 249.99 a month to have basic filtering capabilities like price range, brand, and category. What a scam!

Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. Voicemails go unanswered. Phones just go to voicemail. Emails go ignored. Chat doesn't work. Very poor service for the money that's paid.

What do you like best? I think all of the template that I've seen are quite outstanding. Regardless of the requirements we usually have, we can often find a template that fits the basic structure of what we're looking for. Not that user-customized, but solid
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am a former Miva Merchant user, and I am familiar with BigCommerce for about a year. What I didn't like about Miva was that there were too many modules, and they were seriously competing which one is more complicated than the other. They did some big time modifications, but they still didn't manage to avoid involving 3rd parties, and I really hated it. It won't fail you
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We have 4 years of experience using BigCommerce, and we never had a single problem with it, not even a small one. Everyone that manages our BigCommerce account rarely have any problems
What do you like best? There are some really sharp looking website shop designs that we can use. We can add many different elements to our store items and set custom options to make sense for the types of products we're selling. Adding, removing and editing items doesn't require a ton of fuss to take care of.
