BigCommerce is easy to set up, but limited for bulk pricing and customizable products.

What do you like best? BigCommerce offers everything you need to get an online store up and running. Running 2 companies for 7 years on Big Commerce

What do you like best? Big Commerce takes a lot of the work out of managing an e-commerce store. I like the configurability of products (using options and sku's) which is critical to the e-commerce store that I run. What do you dislike? I wish I could configure just a bit more...mostly how the pages display for certain groups of products. I think I can do this individually but that would be a lot of work. Poor support on vital problem

Support on important issues has been unresponsive and incompetent.My currency issue was solved previously after much back and forth with incompetent support agents who did not perform simple analysis. It then reoccurred and has remained unsolved for months.

Dont wast your time and money

Was happy at the start ! Afterpay has been down for two weeks and no eta when it will be fix ! But today all my sku have been removed and was told i should pay for a app and it wont happen again ! Looking at shopify now ...

It's a decent site for basics

It's a decent site for basics. If there are options for more involved categories and ways to organize, I've yet to find them. It definitely gets the job done and is very easy to navigate. Just wish there were more ways to set product up.

Great mid-tier ecommerce platform for growing companies

WORST SUPPORT ORGANIZATION

Support organization is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Doesn’t matter the severity of the case, if your store is completely down, you’ll receive the same BS email “Someone is still reviewing”. This has gone on now for 2 full weeks for me. I just made the switch to BigCommerce from Shopify, solely for the ability to leverage Square’s services for payment. Shopify is by far a superior platform and all of their services are superior as well. DO NOT USE!

Bigcommerce is average

Bigcommerce is average. We still can't accept ach payments and unlike shopify that offers merchant cash advances thats not an option here. I hate the fact that we cant have our own ssl, we have to be on certain plans to get it etc.
