Worst service

Worst service. I cannot even change domain contact information. the agents keep telling the same thing in a different way every time and keep blaming my browser, isp, phone for it not working. Hidden in the terms you need to cancel the renewal over a month before the renewal date or they'll automatically go ahead and renew for you.Was happy with the service until this, but feel scammed by their renewal policy. I have to concur with the other one…

I have to concur with the other one star reviews giving bigcommerce a poor review due to its customer service. The platform is fine; however, it is ghost town on steroids if you have questions about your account. I've done business with two other companies similar to big commerce in the past. I would have given it a 5 if not for…

I would have given it a 5 if not for their recent price increases which means for an Australian store like mine where I sell higher cost items with lower margins, I am paying around $460 a month just to maintain my store. When I signed up it was less than $100 AUD. Not happy Bigcommerce!

I currently have an account with…

I currently have an account with bigcommerce. I was instructed to cancel my auto renew on my card which would in turn cancel my renewal. Monies were still deducted from my account illegally. Big commerce has confirmed they deducted even after cancellation of my auto renew. Bigcommerce have treated me poorly

Bigcommerce have treated me poorly, having 2 stores with them already they never published my site. I’m really frustrated and I’d be moving my store over to another host.. reviews about tech cyber here made me contacted them for support regarding moving my store and with their help I had my store transferred from them over to another host with advanced and improved SEO features.. Awful customer service

Awful customer service that read from a paper and policies rather than look at a case properly.Over changes on invoices hoping you do not realise, to get the refund takes 4 attempts.We have three accounts with Bigcommerce and three accounts with Shopify. We will be moving our Bigcommerce accounts to Shopify.

Constantly frustrated

Constantly frustrated with this platform. There staff are quick to respond but ill equipped to offer support.Ideas to improve the quality of the platform and therefore performance of the stores on bigcommerce are not implemented adequately if at all.It's highly inflexible, which my be beneficial for non technical users but very poor for advanced users.I will be recommending to our MD that we migrate to another ecommerce cms.
