I’m so happy have been able to migrate my stores over from Godaddy over to bigcommerce after how badly have been treated using Go daddy, I kept calling the support team to work me through problems cause my site was so slow and buggy Andy clients kept on complaining, so I spoke with Tech cyber on 12012979269 after all reviews about them and using their support I migrated my stores over to bigcommerce before an hour, I’m happy using big commerce cause they more reliable to use I’d say...

Recently I had no choice but to migrate my stores over to a better host after bigcommerce kept deducting me for little or no reason, you’d have to keep calling the support team to come help you cause unauthorized payment we’re taking out of your account and still they stay mute about the whole thing, my advise to anyone still here is seek better alternatives cause reviews about cyber tech here helped me out, spoke with them via 12012979269 and they helped migrated my store in no time.. ...

You have solo merchants that are committing grand thieft that i have a case on.Since your company wants to promote merchants that do this makes you responsible for the restitution for thier negligence,in that case i hope you have good insurance for this huge mess your company has caused for people feeling like we should trust your services.

Terrible service

Terrible service I have been with them for many years and paid thousands of dollars to run my store. When I closed my online store they immediately took away access to my account including all of my sales records and financials with no warning. I have 5 years of sales history and customer info I can not access without paying to reopen my store. I have already paid for this information! Repeated emails just go ignored. Disgusting

A terrible company

A terrible company. They really don't care about their customers and their staff are useless. My credit card expired and there was no place on the system where I could update my payment method. Tech support directed me to where it should be and they said "oh, it's not there". Same with accounts. So they shut my site down because THEY could not provide a way for me to pay my invoice. Terrible, terrible company. Look somewhere else.

What do you like best? It has a very easy to use interface. Allows you to easily teach team members how to assist customers, add products, and more. They have a great support website where you can find forums on almost anything you need help with in BigCommerce. Their livechat support is also very quick and helpful. I will always trust working with BigCommerce to take my e-commerce site to the next level.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I thought that my website is okay, but someone told me to try using BigCommerce to enhance it. This product did a fantastic job of enhancing several features of my online store. I was able to showcase my products to a bigger and better audience. A broken system with poor coding

A broken system with poor coding. Its been weeks and I can not ship items unless I open and reauthenticate Big Commerce in a private tab. This is something that proper coding would prevent, but quality control at BC is lacking. Most review websites will give BC 5 star reviews so they can cash in on the affiliate program, but BC is not a 5-star system. It a broken system plagued by poor code, bad management, and apathetic employees.

What do you like best? Their dedication to gray markets such as CBD and Firearms. I think this is one of the only qualities that keep them in business. What do you dislike? Their inability to keep their platform from breaking. I have numerous tickets open for broken functionality on their website. They don't care.
