What do you like best? BigCommerce is very clean and easy to get up and running. For basic requirements it is excellent. Someone could get up and running in a day for a straight forward implementation. The ability to use BigCommerce's API to weave it into our wordpress site makes it really powerful. This has been a nightmare every step of the way and yesterday they took it to a whole new level. The seller I bought stuff from is deplorable. Long story short I got the run around on some product I ordered. I was promised a shipping number which I never got. I was also promised it would be shipped out in 1 to 2 days . 4 days later the sender said he ran out of the product and had to have it imported in. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I consider BigCommerce as one of the most developed apps that are meant for e-commerce. As a first time user, I didn't have a hard time learning how to use it. It comes with a lot of tutorial videos and online forums that I can use whenever I need help.
