As owner of an online store I requested Big Commerce discontinue my account as I no longer needed their services. My first phone call and email request to cancel services and payment was not honored. excellent service comparatively to others

What do you like best? I like it the best because it's very flexible to use in my mobile and I am able to manage my orders where ever I go. The dashboard is quite informative and helpful to me. Big Commerce saved my Company after Volusion almost killed it

What do you like best? Big Commerce is fast and the coding is clean. When I had Volusion my SEO software programs and Google Webtools had many errors due to speed and scripting and other things that just kept me from getting higher visibility on Google. Also - it is far less glitchy. I lost tons of customers when I first moved my platform to Volusion because they couldn't log in and actually ended up in loops. Poor customer service, poor tech support, non existent billing or management dept

What do you like best? SEO field to add keywords, etc., easy to use What do you dislike? Tried out the trial and so far so good

Tried out the trial and so far so good. I don't know if this platform is easier than shopify as I have 3 stores with them but I do like the fact that they are cheaper and supposedly have an easier way with partnerships to sell difficult items such as CBD. So we'll see but so far so good.
