BigCommerce offers more than we need

What do you like best? BC is very easy to use for fulfillment of orders. What do you dislike? Using the templates. WE do not have an in-house design or tech team, so it is cumbersome for us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a platform for Ecommerce, and BC is a good one. Payment, shipping options, inventory tracking, all are good.

Huge piece of junk

Huge piece of junk. I am stuck on the platform but I would never suggest it. Save yourself the headache. Data import tool is my biggest complaint. There is no way to just bulk update price only. We all have price increases. Rarely do we need to update product names and categories in bulk. Their garbage tool forces you to update product name and categories. This company is appalling

This company is appalling. They frequently are tinkering behind the scenes and rolling out upgrades without evidently doing appropriate testing. Whether it faffing with the payment process or the API system there is usually something they do that directly impacts your store and your sales. Customer service is not a fake as shopify but hopeless and non committal. And the APP also is a bit pointless

Big Commerce is too hard for Average People!

I've had a Big Commerce store all summer and never had a problem with it until last night. An update wiped out all my products imported from Printful! I bought a domain for my store and a GSuite subscription, which required repeated logins. Neither of them verified my domain, even after copying and pasting something called a "TXT" into...somewhere. Tech support's advice was little help. I left suggestions to simplify domain verification, but they went unread in their Community Help page. ...
