They don't even deserve a one star

They don't even deserve a one star. I called them at least 6 or 7 times for a basic issue I had with saving text on the store front. They could never fix anything. They kept telling me to use another browser which I did and it wasn't fix. I told a manager I was going with another company and he didn't care. I don't blame you he said an issue like this could take months to fix. I told him : do you know where I want to be in a few months" that was a deal breaker for me.

If you have a product that has multiple…

If you have a product that has multiple options, this company isn't for you. They don't value their long term customers like me. They also have a glitch in their inventory software. It will allow your customers to buy product options that you haven't created SKUs or even have in inventory. Their own inventory set up doesn't work. Their suggestion or solution was for me to create SKUs for these possible product options that we don't sell and then mark them out of stock. Worst of all, no one ...

Very poor support

Very poor support. They just say a feature is unsupported instead of fixing the problem.BigCommerce for Wordpress (BC4WP) plugin is not fit for purpose - do not use it. You will end up doing lots of custom development.

BigCommerce Support is Awful

The support you receive at BigCommerce is horrible. The representatives are very polite but can't answer the most basic questions to troubleshoot a problem. This means it takes a loooooong time to go back and forth with their advanced support as they only do it via email. And advanced support asks you the most basic questions about your problem as if they have no understanding of what is going on. I'm migrating my backend to shopify.

I've been with B/C for a few years now…

I've been with B/C for a few years now - everything went along well but in the last few months things are falling apart for me. Absolutely no sales - I get it we're in financial trouble here in the USA but when your still making sales on another platform something smells wrong. I keep getting emails from google that my feed is screwed up - no one at b/c answers the phone or responds to emails. Regret changing to BIGC

Shifted from another platform because of the extra functionality. That part is all good but there arrogance is going to make me change again. Been onto their chat support 3 x in 2 days, twice for the same problem that wasn't fixed first time round. Took 4 days to re-index my file when it had a problem. Been on the platform for years and even stuck with them when they hiked up the costs to take a percentage of your turnover. Sadly its the last straw and time for us to move. They do make a lot changes to their platform and don't pre-warn you about the effects it will have on your website. They release an update that renders the mobile browser version of your website absolutely useless, but don't tell you. Then expect you to continue to pay for the service despite losing hundreds or more consumers that will never return because your website is crap. BC are great at causing major faults that they take forever, and I mean months, to fix at your expense losing revenue and customers. Weak and getting weaker ecommerce platform

I have used this product for over 3 years. It is mediocre at best. Technologically, we have only seen a deterioration in its capabilities despite getting emails every month on the fantastic new features of the product. Don't Waste Your Time and Money

Unless you are a developer, don't waste your time. You will have to edit the HTML code to do the simplest change, like removing the huge amount of extra white space around your logo. These themes are not user friendly, and BC support is a joke. They are worthless, their answer for everything is to "reach out to a developer."
