Do Use Big Commerce or if you do don't get upset if they don't get something fixed for a year don't get upset they will shut your store down.

I had a Big Commerce store for 12 years had many problems they got the best tech guys but if they can't fix it and it goes to ter 2 you never get any help. For the last year my live time shipping quotes keeps stopping and I loose sales. When I call tech they tell me to put my password in again. Mind you I have had to do about times I know how to do that I didn't need to sit on hold to be told to do that I wanted them to fix it. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We were using Yahoo (current Aabaco) for almost ten years, and knowing how technology had advanced in the meanwhile, we wanted a fresh start. Antiquated and Insufficient

I am currently using it and find SERIOUS flaws with this. First of all, the WYSIWYG looks like something from my college days. You start to accept that and then you get to trying to build the website. You CANNOT do the following:1) Add a logo to the footer2) Change the footer so that the pages in your navigation such as Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, etc. do not end up in the header but strictly in the footer. 3) You CANNOT customize the footer navigation in any shape, form or ...

I have had so many problems with my Big Commerce site. The tech teams are always available to chat and are quite helpful but it doesn’t stop the problems. They’re constantly asking for more examples and screenshots from my customers saying they can’t find the error so they need more examples. NONE of my expectations met

BigCommerce has met NONE of my expectations and all I’ve asked for is basic functionality. They constantly steer me toward expensive apps that do not integrate seamlessly. I wouldnt wish this company on my worst…

I wouldnt wish this company on my worst enemy - they have absolutely NO positives over the leading competitor. I came from Shopify so I know terrible CS, these guys are worse which I didnt know was possible. Steer as far away as you can from this dumpster fire

Horrible mess of a service, stay away

Stay out of BigCommerce, seriously. I've been pleading with them for months because they have a terrible TTFB (server response time). People enter my store, try to see more images of the product and because it takes 3 or 4 seconds they leave frustrated.I've talked with 8 different agents throughout all this, opened cases, escalated them.And I am tech-savvy, I can't imagine what it's like for regular users.I've shown them impartial TTFB tests, explained the issue again and again... and ...

What an absolute nightmare it has been…

What an absolute nightmare it has been working with BC. I feel like they are terrible at managing the platform and are more worried about their stock price. I am honestly so at odds weather to just give up or to wait it out. They have good features for customizing your store, but every problem I have had with their billing department is huge. They charged me $330 for nothing and caused my account to go negative an incur overdraft fees on my bank account. It is a huge inconvenience to me.
