All I have to say is beware of the bad…
All I have to say is beware of the bad reviews....all of the good reviews are from people who actually give the name of there companies and go into details...the bad reviews never mention there company names and all share the same pattern of comments its almost a copy paste....BEWARE OF ANY REVIEW IF THERE NOT WILLING TO MENTION THERE COMPANY NAME AND GO INTO DETAIL...

I subscribed to the platform using a free trial to test it out! I found out the platform not as my expectations! and I stopped using in since then! But I forgot to cancel the subscription! and they can easily confirm that I'm not active on the platform and I dont even log into it! PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There is a great variety of templates to make your website attractive, and you can even customize them to make it feel personal. I have been using Bigcommerce for two years now and all I can tell is that the system itself is stable (no bugs) but the system is very poor in functionalities. Heres why;- If you upgrade to PRO you can get 12 product filters (who has only 12 product attributes?)- No language switcher- Bad product bulk editor- Bad product search tool- Bigcommerce helpdesk is terrible- Marketing channels not working properlyIts good for really small businesses. STAY AWAY!
I would not recommend using them, especially if you are a business just beginning. I just cancelled today (for multiple reasons) but was charged yesterday for the month of February. I politely asked for a refund since I'm canceling and I was told "per policies" they don't refund even if you cancel. That is not how you treat customers on your platform.
