I love Big Commerce. Highly recommend them.

I have been with BC for 12 years. I have 7 different stores running in 3 countries and I think BC are the best. I have always been able to get through to tech support. Admittedly on the odd occasion I knew more than the tech did but I have also taught myself a lot about BC. I am seriously wondering if these negative reviews are legit because I would not use any other platform and i often recommend BC. Maybe there might be something wrong with the end users rather than BIG commerce?

Surprised with such poor reviews

I’ve been using BC for 5 years now with my online site managed through an agency highly knowledgable of the platform. We previously used Magento. I have found it very good. To get the best out of it you really need to be quite technical in approach and it can be restrictive however it has to be as you are buying a managed platform. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? BigCommerce is backed by a proper IT company, not just a wanna be experts who promise technical support, but deliver nothing. I have 18 years of experience in the branch, so I know quite well what I'm talking about. They are there for you 24/7, obviously speaking English, and most of all they are technically knowledgeable. Lol...I see the bad reviews...but not one of them is willing to mention there company name. Without a company name cant verify anything...Shopify hacks lol...

All I have to say is beware of the bad reviews....all of the good reviews are from people who actually give the name of there companies and go into details...the bad reviews never mention there company names and all share the same pattern of comments its almost a copy paste....BEWARE OF ANY REVIEW IF THERE NOT WILLING TO MENTION THERE COMPANY NAME AND GO INTO DETAIL...
