Handy tool to follow what's cooking in your organization

What do you like best? We are using Praises, setting up and following okr's and performance reviews. I love the fact that all is in one place. No need to switch around different apps. The best side-app for tracking my goals!

What do you like best? I like the whole "transparent" concept so I can view my colleagues and supervisor goals so I can see where the team is heading. It is also great to watch where the executive wants to drive the company and maybe find the way how to contribute to the "great plan". What do you dislike? Good for structured check ins but a bit tedious

What do you like best? Structured check in question set with time bound objectives and company wide visibility. The org chart is also very helpful. What do you dislike? Limited user customisation, is set at a company level and not adjustable. Notification emails in particular. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Routine and long term objective setting and tracking.

What do you like best? It reminds you of the target or goals you need to achieve for specific period. What do you dislike? None. Everything works perfectly for beginners like me.
