It is so easy to use, and everything I need are all in one place.

What do you like best? It is very easy to use. The tabs are organized in such a way that everything I need is easy to find. It's very intuitive. One can just go in and start using the system. Another thing that I like about it is the fact that it's customizable. We have done a couple of changes to the specs so that it more closely matches the needs of the company. What do you like best? Easy to use for all levels of a company. Weekly reminders to check-in for meetings with the manager. What do you like best? Ease in goal setting. Easy to use for manager and to employees as well. Friendly reminders for check-ins for the one-on-one meetings. Easy to use

What do you like best? Very easy to add and manage objectives and key results. This is far better than tracking this manually through an online spreadsheet. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The interface is clean and easy to use, and making updates is quick and easy. It's simple to add new objectives, tag collaborators, and complete check-ins regularly without taking too much time away from the work you're actually tracking.
