What do you like best? It is very easy to use. The tabs are organized in such a way that everything I need is easy to find. It's very intuitive. One can just go in and start using the system. Another thing that I like about it is the fact that it's customizable. We have done a couple of changes to the specs so that it more closely matches the needs of the company. Excellent goal setting tool for organisation/team/manager/employee

What do you like best? Easy to use for all levels of a company. Weekly reminders to check-in for meetings with the manager. Helps in setting a goal for each meeting/quarter/year which is very helpful in tracking the progress of organization/team/individual What do you dislike? Betterworks is perfect.
