Good Experience

What do you like best? It is very convenient to provide cards to employees and also keep track of the usage. I also let me choose the categories for my employees to use the card and I can also restrict where they cannot use the card so that is very good on my part to control the usage of the card and money used. What do you like best? I love that you can assign online cards to different employees that way they can use that to purchase their items and you’re able to see which purchases are coming from who. What do you like best? Its simple when i need tools or hardware im not limited. And always get the job done no matter how big or small What do you dislike? So far I haven't any issues with Bento its in and out so I can get back quickly to the job I'm doing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Again easy quick access to funds everywhere.

What do you like best? The ability to scan my receipts to the site directly is great. What do you dislike? I have not found anything I dislike so far. My bosses can control the spending for each person and have a way to make sure that the money isn't being spent on things it shouldn't be.

Better than credit!

What do you like best? We are able to fund cards for our drivers based on historical activity and not have to pay exhorbitant credit card fees. Statements are clear and detailed. Great customer service when cards get lost, etc. What do you dislike? nothing to dislike - great company & service What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bento Cards

What do you like best? The statements are very easy to read and contain all the information needed to book it. What do you dislike? That it takes several days to get the monthly statements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problems we are solving is that we are getting information that is good to book into our accounting system.

What do you like best? Bento is a very convenient platform for managing budgets and creating virtual credit cards within them. Both of my companies are using their offering. In our case, we run ad campaigns for multiple clients and across multiple ad networks, and Bento makes it easy to set budgets at the client level.
