A simple system with impeccable support.
What do you like best? I like George Leff best. Good support is hard to come by these days. What do you dislike? Sometimes KPIs are hard to get to. Training and Support is Fantastic
What do you like best? Being a smaller agency we had our concerns on bringing a internal DSP in. With the team at Centro we were able to quickly implement our campaigns and operate the campaigns ourselves within three months. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The hands-on support from the Centro/Basis staff has been outstanding. They are very helpful and respond quickly to issues/questions that I am having. Easy to Use for Anyone
What do you like best? G2 Basis by Centro is so easy to use. It walks you through the steps. You can set the campaign and it runs. You don't have to continue to monitor it. What do you dislike? Comprehensive, Accessible Platform
What do you like best? A lot of martech platforms are either accessible or comprehensive, rarely both. Basis is the exception that proves the rule. Access to a galaxy of audience data and display inventory combined with exceptional client service makes this a must-add to your marketing toolkit. What do you dislike? Still learning everything platform has to offer, great customer service support
What do you like best? Working with Basis has allowed expanded targeting opportunities/strategies that wasn't available in other platforms. Customer service support on technical and strategy is top notch. What do you dislike? A good self-service DSP with great customer service
What do you like best? The platform gives users a significant amount of control over ads and optimization, and once you learn how to navigate the interface, it's fairly easy to use. There are great targeting segments, no shortage of exchanges, and relatively simple optimization tools. The number of categories for creative is incredible — from the usual static image/video to GIFs, HTMLs, audio files, and more.
