Easy to use and very powerful

What do you like best? Basis is easy to use and has great targeting options. The Private Marketplace is fantastic. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Also - Great customer service. What do you dislike? Would be nice if you could get creative approved on a 24-7 basis, or at least 7 days a week. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy communication to targets.

We had bad history with other vendors, so it was very refreshing to have someone holding your hand through every step of campaign set up, training, optimizations and more. What do you like best? Excellent hands-on customer service make this super powerful platform approachable. Incredible targeting capabilities in a sleek interface - we love it! What do you dislike? Facebook conversions don't match up which is hard because we want to be able to pull a reporting from this platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Granular targeting is important for our performance-based digital marketing agency.
