User Friendly and Great Support

What do you like best? The platform is very easy to use both in the Direct and DSP portion. With not having worked in many platforms like Basis before, this platform is very easy to learn quickly. What do you like best? The consistent willingness to lend support when there is an issue or even if there isn't. The support team is always proactive and are excellent at execution. Along with the ability to provide feedback regarding the platform or specific items that our team may need. What do you dislike? What do you like best? After years of managed buying, we launched Basis this year to get better control over our clients buys.
