Easiest to use project management tool that I've encountered
What do you like best? I love Basecamp because it doesn't try to do everything. It does a few basic things extremely well. I love that project artifacts can be tagged, assigned tasks with due dates, and tied to team communication. What do you dislike? Five stars for everything you need, nothing you don't
What do you like best? I like a lightweight tool, few bells and whistles - just the basics. And this is basic with all of the connectivity necessary for succinct project planning in a small group setting. What do you dislike? Basecamp: Help Manage your project work
What do you like best? Allows you to create boards by project and manage the history of the project in meaningful way amongst numerous collaborators. You can set different preferences for different boards. It allows for file uploads, discussion boards, user management, etc. What do you dislike? I really like basecamp
What do you like best? Basecamp is so helpful when it comes to actually keeping track of projects. What do you dislike? I don't like the notifications ease of use. Recommendations to others considering the product I think you should also look at trello. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basecamp keeps me and my teams organized and on track!
What do you like best? It's SO easy to use, and I love that the BC team is always working on improvements to the functionality. What do you dislike? The name says it all: It is basic
What do you like best? Cannot be beaten for the price! I use it a lot and got my entire team and colleagues to use it too. Integration with email is great. It is intuitive and simple. Clean interface and iphone app is good too. What do you dislike? I wish it could produce more varied reporting, such as tasks per person or progress bars for each task. What do you like best? While base amp has many useful features and great tools for team collaboration I found it to be more cumbersome than some of the other tools I have used like Work Etc. What do you dislike? It is quite cumbersome at times. It will allow for some things but not others. What do you like best? Basecamp is a really easy to use collaboration tool for small projects. Users immediately understand how to use it, and the simple user-interface actually results in more collaboration / user-activities than other project management tool I have used. Fabulous project management software for next to nothing
What do you like best? Basecamp provides an easy collaboration space for projects. Creating templates for projects with predefined definitions makes running a project a breeze.
