Easy to use project tool
What do you like best? We still use the classic version. It excels in ease of use. I love the simplicity of running a project to-do list. What do you dislike? The milestones functionality can be improved in the core package. But of course there are several add ons that can help, What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Basecamp for managing all development and customer implementations project.

Basecamp is awesome!
What do you like best? I use about 15 different To Do Lists multiple times a day to keep track of all of my projects. What do you dislike? There isn't really anything that comes to mind that I dislike. It is a great platform. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good for lists, could use a few more features
What do you like best? The checklist functionality is really easy to use. What do you dislike? Not enough features for collaboration and effectively tracking. You can't assign more than one person to a task, which is not very helpful. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management

Used for all project managament
What do you like best? Easy functionality to manage tasks, deadlines and communications. What do you dislike? Should allow integration with other ticketing systems like Jira, Formstack etc What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project Management for multiple clients with multiple team members. Easy to use. Great alerting system and deadlines.

Up and Running and Sharing Very Quickly
What do you like best? Multiple projects can be amanaged easily. Cost effective. Easy to archive projects Very low learning curve What do you dislike? you cannot easily move information across projects the calendering feature is weak. I'd like more integration with calendering software other than ICal. Simple to use, beginners have an issue Adopting it
What do you like best? It is great as an idea center and project management tool. Collaborative note taking was excellent. What do you dislike? Due to the fact that many of the notifications are in Basecamp and not offsite. It made it difficult for users who were not actively in the software to continue to take full advantage of the software. The default setting for Basecamp is for everyone to receive an email when someone comments or posts. The emails can be excessive when multiple people are responding to comments.
