What do you like best? I have used Basecamp from the client and PM side. I LOVE it from both. I love the to-do list function as you can create internal to-do's for your team and also external and make the client part of the process. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Basecamp is great for use in churches and streamlining various committees. It affords confidential use intra-committee, while allowing inter-committee communication. Simple, easy to use tool for basic project management.

What do you like best? The best thing about Basecamp is that it's intuitive. It's very easy to pick it up both as a new member of a team, or a client being given access. What do you like best? We used Basecamp to have screenshots of our and competitors ads that we found throughout the internet. What do you like best? I like that the admin can create different projects with different access granted to employees. There is also the option to allow public access to specific projects, so business partners can be involved. What do you like best? I love using the comment and feedback threads inside of each project. It's great to have a channel outside of email, Slack, GChat, etc. to keep my team on the same page. Great collaboration tool for in-house and with clients

What do you like best? Being able to store all client-related documents in one location, where both in-house team members and clients can access them. Also, being able to create templates for new projects is very efficient. I like the ability to choose which items are visible to the client too. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Basecamp provides our agency and our clients the ability to correspond in real-time.
