Have been using Bannersnack for about a year and am in love with it! Easy to use, professional results and I have had wonderful customer service when needed. My customers love what I've created for them! I'm excited video and giphy are now available - haven't tried it yet. I would encourage the updating of the Facebook sizes, as was noted by another user in a comment on Feb 12, 2020. I also had an issue for a client in that the FB posts and covers were not displaying properly. But...overall ...
