Worst Customer Service Team
The actual Creatopy product is good. My team and I like it a lot. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of no stars. The product alone is worthy of a 4 out of 5. It's not without it's flaws, but overall it's very good. But where it suffers is the customer service experience. The only option they offer you is the "live chat" text bubble, which is hardly live. It takes long periods of time, hours, even days at some points of the week to hear back from anyone. The people on the chat aren't actual ...

What do you like best about Creatopy? My favorite features are the design sets and the brand kits because I work with marketing on multiple platforms for multiple companies. Also, the HTML banners are a game changer if you don't know how to code

"Saves a lot of time with creative assets"
What do you like best about Creatopy? I like the ability to have our team members all in one space where we can collaborate on creative assets. We are able to place our brand assets into the platform so we can easily add logos, text and colours to our pieces.
