Always there to help.
What do you like best? Whatever we needed for our external telephony infrastructure, Bandwidth has been there to help us. They have grown and added capabilities to their system and never rested on their laurels. What do you dislike? Their techs have to be reminded from time to time that we have done our due diligence and when we file a ticket, it simply means we have tried everything on our end and need another set of eyes (or SIP signalling logs to help us troubleshoot an issue. Extremely easy to work with.
What do you like best? Love the portal to port numbers. Very simple to use. What do you dislike? Can't pull CSRs. It would be nice if we had a way to pull CSR or if CSR are pulled automatically for number. Would also love a way to make a change to a port request without having to cancel the entire order. Experenced and Very Helpful
What do you like best? They are always willing to help in any way they can. What do you dislike? Our Business hours do not match up and it can make things difficult some times. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Porting can be a nightmare as we all know. When we are working with Bandwidth they will do everything they can to assist you in this process and Kerry Skinner is an amazing contact for us as well.

Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best? Bandwidth has provided outstanding customer service through the years. Each BW teammate, Lee, Hull, Linda Simms; Aaron, Kerry (to mention a few have never failed to shine with their customer care and quality service. What do you dislike? At this point in time, I do not have a dislike worth mentioning. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? BW has helped us to provide our clients superior customer service.

Bandwidth - Great partner and team
What do you like best? They are the best. They are responsive. Our main contact - Sean Potter - responds with lightning speed. I trust them. What do you dislike? That i don;t work there (kidding . You can't fix it if it isn't broken.
What do you like best? Every question is addressed quickly and a SME (subject matter expert is consulted if needed. What do you dislike? I used to not like opening a ticket for each inquiry but It is nice having an electronic log of Q & A's. Great customer service
What do you like best? Bandwidth folks are the best. Always attentive and ready to help. What do you dislike? Nothing really much. Since I have to have 40 characters, their web interface is a little wonky with IE but they are working on it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Inbound and outbound VoIP traffic.

What do you like best? Their portal is my favorite to use as it is incredibly user friendly. Customer service is also super helpful and quick to respond. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike.
