Bandwidth is friendly and easy to work with
What do you like best? The customer service team is friendly and very helpful. They are very responsive to my support tickets. I can call them up and ask any type of question and they are more than willing to help me out. I have not had any issues with any customer service rep. What do you like best? Their customer service is one of the best aspects of Bandwidth. Even if there is a problem that does not have an immediate fix, they continue to work with you until the problem is resolved. What do you dislike? Great products and support
What do you like best? For my company, Bandwidth is a great telecom provider. Their portal makes it easy to search and order numbers. Their support team is great for porting numbers as well. What do you dislike? Porting numbers can be a hassle, but that is not Bandwidth's fault. It is the nature of the game. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great support staff and service
What do you like best? Bandwidth makes sure you have everything setup properly and will go the extra mile to help you, if you need it. Bandwidth support is amazing and super helpful. They are very quick to respond to any support requests. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Does what I need it to do with too a lot of hassle.
What do you like best? Porting is a breeze. If I ever run into a problem they are very responsive about what went wrong and I can work with them to provide the documentation needed to get my numbers ported. What do you dislike? They have multiple portals for their dashboard, their ticketing system and their e911 interface. If there was a single login and proper links bandwidth would be 10 across the board.
