What do you like best? Very quick and easy port in process, cost effective rates, and knowledgeable team . What do you dislike? port in has a limit to 15 characters for the end users name, in some cases the end user has a long name and then the order gets rejected due to wrong name and it has to be manually re-submitted by a bandwidth team member. they said this will be fixed at some point. Amazing customer service

What do you like best? Bandwidth far exceeds our expectations for a SIP trunk provider. I submit a request and it is always handled the same day, sometimes within the hour. With our other providers it's submit an email and wait, sometimes days. We never have issues with Bandwidth that require technical support but their provisioning team outshines them all and have won me over. I now use Bandwidth for all of our new customer needs. What do you like best? Their customer service is the best in the industry. What do you dislike? I wish they would give longer payment terms. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can pretty much rely on Bandwidth to solve any problem we have.

Great SIP service

What do you like best? The service just works. I don't think we've ever had an outage, and any call issues have been on our end. Call quality is great and support is great. We haven't used their more "advanced" features like SMS, so this review is just about their basic SIP services. What do you dislike? Could have better control over limiting international calling.
