Amazing Carrier

What do you like best? Very quick and easy port in process, cost effective rates, and knowledgeable team . What do you dislike? port in has a limit to 15 characters for the end users name, in some cases the end user has a long name and then the order gets rejected due to wrong name and it has to be manually re-submitted by a bandwidth team member. they said this will be fixed at some point. Excellent technical support

What do you like best? The speed of response and clear technical resolution to issues raised. What do you dislike? Not much! They could be cheaper, then we wouldn't be using some other carriers. What do you like best? BW covers alot more areas than other carriers that we have worked with. There service is reliable and it is very easy to contact their support team. What do you like best? the responsiveness of the Bandwidth team when any issues arise, easiness of the portal. What do you dislike? porting inconsistencies with losing carriers/vendors. No Rate center coverage in some rural areas. Recommendations to others considering the product Do it! What business problems are you solving with the product? Amazing customer service

What do you like best? Bandwidth far exceeds our expectations for a SIP trunk provider. I submit a request and it is always handled the same day, sometimes within the hour. With our other providers it's submit an email and wait, sometimes days. We never have issues with Bandwidth that require technical support but their provisioning team outshines them all and have won me over. I now use Bandwidth for all of our new customer needs. What do you like best? I like the friendliness of the employees at Bandwidth. Whenever I call in they are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to assist. Great SIP service

What do you like best? The service just works. I don't think we've ever had an outage, and any call issues have been on our end. Call quality is great and support is great. We haven't used their more "advanced" features like SMS, so this review is just about their basic SIP services. What do you dislike? Could have better control over limiting international calling.
