Love Bandwidth!

What do you like best? Their customer service is the best in the industry. What do you dislike? I wish they would give longer payment terms. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can pretty much rely on Bandwidth to solve any problem we have.

Great SIP service

What do you like best? The service just works. I don't think we've ever had an outage, and any call issues have been on our end. Call quality is great and support is great. We haven't used their more "advanced" features like SMS, so this review is just about their basic SIP services. What do you dislike? Could have better control over limiting international calling. Bandwidth is friendly and easy to work with

What do you like best? The customer service team is friendly and very helpful. They are very responsive to my support tickets. I can call them up and ask any type of question and they are more than willing to help me out. I have not had any issues with any customer service rep. Chelsea is one customer service rep that I recommend. She helped me on multiple occasions and was very helpful and friendly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Their customer service is one of the best aspects of Bandwidth. Even if there is a problem that does not have an immediate fix, they continue to work with you until the problem is resolved. What do you dislike? What do you like best? For my company, Bandwidth is a great telecom provider. Their portal makes it easy to search and order numbers. Their support team is great for porting numbers as well. Great support staff and service

What do you like best? Bandwidth makes sure you have everything setup properly and will go the extra mile to help you, if you need it. Bandwidth support is amazing and super helpful. They are very quick to respond to any support requests. What do you dislike? What do you like best? BW team is the best team I have ever worked with. Friendly, efficient and helpful . They always go out of their way to get things done. Very well organized bunch of people.
