Great SIP service

What do you like best? The service just works. I don't think we've ever had an outage, and any call issues have been on our end. Call quality is great and support is great. We haven't used their more "advanced" features like SMS, so this review is just about their basic SIP services. What do you dislike? Could have better control over limiting international calling. What do you like best? The customer service team is friendly and very helpful. They are very responsive to my support tickets. I can call them up and ask any type of question and they are more than willing to help me out. I have not had any issues with any customer service rep. Chelsea is one customer service rep that I recommend. She helped me on multiple occasions and was very helpful and friendly. What do you dislike? Great support staff and service

What do you like best? Bandwidth makes sure you have everything setup properly and will go the extra mile to help you, if you need it. Bandwidth support is amazing and super helpful. They are very quick to respond to any support requests. What do you dislike?
