Excellent HR Tool!

What do you like best? I like the layout, the aesthetics, and the fact that you can put a picture beside the employee's name! Since most of our employee's are in the field and we don't see them for weeks at a time, this feature is very helpful. I also appreciate the reporting feature. Also, the ability to keep track of employee training is invaluable in the construction industry so this has been especially helpful. What do you dislike? Using Bamboo has been excellent for our company.

What do you like best? This is an easy way to submit time off requests and to see when others are off. It is always EXTREMELY helpful in its ability to keep you up to date on anniversaries of work and birthdays. I have found that people in general like to recognized and special days like these but sometimes the date is not always public. What do you dislike?
